During our internship at BEL, we gained practical exposure and knowledge, successfully implementing the ATE system in the MCE TESTING Department. This system drastically reduced testing time for the Synthesizer card (A5FH) and processor card (A6FH) of radios from 2 hours to just 5-6 minutes per card. It automated test measurements and increased daily throughput from 20-30 to 90-100 cards. Basic computer skills sufficed, eliminating the need for highly skilled operators. Our experience with LabVIEW was pivotal, offering insight into cutting-edge software. This internship provided a comprehensive view of corporate operations and a solid foundation for our future careers in electronics.
