- Co-Founded and established Transform Sports Pvt. Ltd. to positively impact grassroots sports in India at a school level. Curated an age appropriate, holistic Sports and PE curriculum for K-12 schools; designed a comprehensive multi stage execution plan. Devised a model based on life-values, healthy competition and activity – ‘getFIT’ to instill a sporting culture in all partner schools- Instrumental in client acquisition, business strategy, planning and execution, financial management and operations- Simultaneously led program operations in 7 cities in India, planned and oversaw execution of 600+ events for students, teachers and parents in an effort to promote healthy living and an active lifestyle- ‘Transform Sports - getFIT’ was featured in ‘10 Best Wellness Startups in India - 2018’ adjudicated by SiliconIndia StartupCity

- Envisioned and Co-Founded LIAB, a Charitable Trust that uses Sports as a tool to improve the lives of economically disadvantaged children. - Secured MoUs with Govt. of Tamilnadu, Govt. of Telangana and Mumbai Corporation for program implementation- Created an actionable framework and program that uses sports to teach underprivileged children key values and help them address social issues (bullying & gender inequality) schools across 3 major Indian cities (Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai)- Led a team of 25 managers & coaches, 100+ volunteers to positively impact 20,000+ students from 31 Govt. and Govt. aided schools

- Re-branded Sports at GITAM - making it appealing and accessible to students and staff. Built a sustainable competitive and recreational sporting culture for the University- Promoted Sports, Health & wellness for over 35,000 students and 6000 staff across 3 geographies- Designed and implemented a Student-Athlete framework for enhancing competitive sports culture within GITAM. Scouted promising athletes, and offered sports scholarships worth INR 10 million (AY 2021-22 and 2022-23)- Supported athletes in their quest for excellence at International, National and State level competitions (2 medals at the National Games, 2 medals in Asian championships, 8 medals in AIU Nationals etc.)- Devised and implemented infrastructure development projects worth INR 85 million to create new playing surfaces & fitness facilities. - Developed strategies to improve student participation and engagement in sports & physical activity.
