Within operations my primary focus was to optimise our product delivery on the B2B platform of MyTutor - here we bring our online tutoring platform to the school classroom to support the pupil's understanding and development. I took ownership of the support issues, initial process setup, testing multiple MVP solutions and driving product change to enable a better delivery. I also had ownership of numerous system implementations including Salesforce and Docusign.

My reponsibilities ranged from expenditure and liability accurals, VAT provisions, PSA, GRNI accounts, P&L payroll costings and balance sheet managements within 5 sub-companies.
