I am predominantly a .NET developer (VB, C#, ASP, MVC) but I am capable of writing code using javascript, perl, python and shell scripts (cmd, bash, powershells). I am experienced with database applications such as SQL and MySQL including design and programming (T-SQL). I am used to building systems from start to finish as I worked in a small team where I was the only internal software developer. This has made me quite skilled with small systems design both front and backend. I can build servers of all flavours, network them and build the applications to run on them. I am experienced with both Windows (ALL) and Linux (Most Distros (predominantly Ubuntu, redhat/centos)) operating systems and am quite experienced with VMware products and general virtualisation technologies. I am also versed in SNMP monitoring technologies such as CA Spectrum and Solarwinds as I have managed these systems as a side responsibility. I have also worked with F5 load balancing technologies (BIGIP) and reporting technologies such as SSRS.
