Responsibilities:•Provides overall direction and control of the installation of life safety systems , plumbing, HVAC,ELV and Electrical systems•Provides the detailed technical instructions for each foreman ensuring a clear understanding of the work to be performed. Resolves any ambiguities in the plans and drawings before actual construction begins.•Ensures the constructability of the design and compatibility with local building codes.•Serves as a technical resource in meeting with higher management and discusses the mechanical/electrical systems within the building in technical terms by explaining fully any anticipated difficulties with the plans.•Ensures that all mechanical/electrical shop drawings are submitted by the subcontractors in a timely manner.•Checks all shop drawings for plumbing pipe routes, underground piping as it is being installed, solder connections, flanges, Ensures that all heavy pipe and other mechanical equipment is in place before walls are poured.•Inspects all field construction work in progress, including subcontracted work, and ensures that uniformly high-quality workmanship is maintained during each construction segment.•Inspects and coordinates the installation of all life safety systems, smoke evacuation systems, pressurized portions of the building, fireman control centers, building and elevator distress communication systems, fire extinguishers, etc.•Actively participating with third party during Testing and commissioning of Mechanical system.•Mobilization of manpower for execution of the project.

Palestine and Sudanese School Doha, Qatar (PSS)Position: Project Engineer MEP Client: Public Works Authority of Qatar (Ashghal)Consultant: Arab Engineering Bureau (AEB)Responsibilities:• Coordinate on-site Mechanical-MEP activities to comply with applicable owner contract documents, engineer and government specifications.• Assists in the review and processing of Mechanical shop drawings and material approval request.• Site supervision for the installation of Mechanical services including Fire Fighting system, Plumbing and Drainage system, split units, FCUs and window units, Ducting works including insulation Chilled water piping network including insulation & chilled water circulation pumps etc.• Review all materials received on the site, inspecting them, ensuring they are as per approval.• Solving co-ordination problems issue for all Mechanical services, controlling the work force at site and coordinate between subcontractor and civil peoples and pushing the subcontractor to meet deadlines.• Responsible for assigning work schedules to supervisors/foreman and explain the work To be in line with the schedule and technical detail and keeping a watch on the progress of work and monitoring the same.• Preparing documents for work inspection by Consultants and attending to the comments made by the Consultants for rectifying the works as per the comments made by the Consultants.• Perform additional assignments as directed by superiors or as required for successful project completion.• Engaged in construction of garden irrigation system.• Follow up the submittals with consultant and subcontractor.

• Designing, fabrication, prototype production, testing and field deployment of brick making technology for bounded labor free Punjab. A 2004 survey of brick kilns in the Punjab district in Pakistan by the Federal Bureau of Statistics found that nearly 90 per cent of brick kiln workers were bonded. It will help to increase the production, quality of brick, more safe and easy to operate. This basic model of hand operated brick press capable of making 4-9 bricks in one cycle. Seeing its promising benefits, the national government has granted ten million rupees grant in Innovation Development Fund (IDF) to innovate brick making. • Modify, prototype production, designing, testing and field deployment of a potentially dangerous but quite common in Agricultural, fodder cutting machine into a significantly safer product. Most inhabitants of South Asia involved in casual or commercial production of dairy use the fodder cutting machine to feed their farm animals. Due to its mechanics, however, which were designed a century ago and largely remained unchanged, the fodder cutting machine has claimed fingers and hands of countless farmers. It reduced the injuries and accidents caused by these machine. The field trials of the machine have been highly successful and seeing the inventive nature of the project and its promising benefits, the national government has granted ten million rupees grant in Innovation Development Fund (IDF) to produce the new Safe fodder-cutting machines.
