Key Responsibilities:• All the internal and customer level fraudulent activities.• Analyzing recent as well as old fraud trends and set the process to minimize them. • To minimize the fraud losses to company and customers by using Analytic skills, Data mapping & Rule base Etc. • To detect various kinds of frauds such as Application frauds, online frauds, skimming frauds & Account takeover frauds (ATOR) of SBI credit cards.• Real time risk monitoring on transactions at credit Cards.• Quick decision making accompanied by self-confidence.• Involve in 24*7*365 monitoring the Cases in Falcon and maintaining the SLA of a particular Case• Coordinating with the merchant to stop the order and reversal of charges.• Coordinating with different team like prevention, investigation, corporate, VIP to resolve any escalation on priority. Responsible for monitoring:-• Payment for high-risk accounts also examining payment of delinquent customers on a daily basis & tracking the payments.• Transaction of high usage accounts as per the set triggers and identifying the risk and cross verifying the applications on the basis of documents submitted by the applicants.• Transactions that are done in high risky countries (International Transaction) where cloning takes place and dealing with corporate cardholders for international high value transactions.
