• Establish control points and benchmarks (vertical and horizontal) using traversing, resection, and temporary control point methods for project initiation and internal site construction.• Conduct topographic and as-built surveys for site areas such as roads, structures, and utilities for quantity estimation and design purposes.• Perform precise layout and leveling for multi-storey and widespread buildings, including footings/rafts, columns, slabs, RCC walls, stairs, lift walls, ramps, and piling excavation locations and drilling depths.• Set out, survey, and level underground utilities’ networks, including pipelines and manholes for culverts, potable water, stormwater, drainage, and sewerage systems.• Supervise survey teams and their work, provide data and drawings to surveyors, and guide them to implement layouts according to approved designs and drawings.• Measure and calculate quantities of materials such as steel, concrete, formwork, shuttering, brick or block masonry, plaster, and flooring works.• Coordinate with site management, consultants, subcontractors, and clients to arrange targets and inspections, and to analyze data and site conditions.
