CurrentThe Main Responsibilities are:• Manage the sales teams of various projects of the company• Develop business strategies and goals• Regulatory compliance• Ensure SAP implementation• Ensure ISO Standards (Occupational Health and Safety/ QMS/ Environment)• Develop and oversee operating budgets• Develop new business opportunities• Set vision based on company plans• Follow and enforce company policy and procedures consistently. • Write reports on business… Show more The Main Responsibilities are:• Manage the sales teams of various projects of the company• Develop business strategies and goals• Regulatory compliance• Ensure SAP implementation• Ensure ISO Standards (Occupational Health and Safety/ QMS/ Environment)• Develop and oversee operating budgets• Develop new business opportunities• Set vision based on company plans• Follow and enforce company policy and procedures consistently. • Write reports on business operations for the executives. • Representing company in relevant professional organizations. • Bring business for the Tower from different companies like advertisement agencies.• Prepare consolidated sales and site visits reports for Chairman of the Company• Prepare marketing strategies and assist Chairman in day-to-day matters• Monitor and ensure Recovery• Monitor Administration of the Tower and its security • Oversee all human resources functions• Conduct Staff Training on Ethics, Behavior, Dealing with clients etc. • Conduct interviews of new staff with HR department. • Monitoring the daily reports generated by Accounts Department for control of funds and decision making• Coordinate with Vendors regarding contracts, renewal etc.• Coordinate with External departments like WAPDA, WASA, PHA, LDA, TAX, POLICE, Cellular Companies etc. • Procure IT items for different projects (Central Park Housing Society, Tower A, B & C – DHA Phase 8, Ex-Air Avenue, First Cash & Carry) of Urban Developers Group. • Procurement of Cars for Managers & Executives, and all type of Commercial Vehicles for the development of housing society. • Additional duties as assigned or deemed necessary for effective business operations.
