During this period I worked with coaching and developing campaigns for unions, NGO:s, medical companies and more. This included giving strategic input as well as creating content for campaigns and managing the campaigns through social media and a specialized campaign tool / CRM-system called BSD tools (the same one used by the Obama campaign makers).

I was responsible for producing as well as coordinating and uploading content for 17 websites in 17 languages. Daily work in a CMS-system as well as giving feedback to the design team. I was working close with the social media and CRM-responsibles as well as keeping track together with the PPM-experts.

I invented, funded and started a shop in Palma Mallorca that sold Swedish candy This ment everything from translating ingredience to three languages to building a stare case out of gold and fighting myself through a Spanish system of papers and papers and more papers.

Teaching and sub-teaching at the Swedish school in Mallorca subjects like: English advanced level, Home economics, creating a special ed program for a girl with disabilities and much, much more.

After studying to become a social worker I started the consultant firm Egala that specialized in implementing ideas concerning gender equality in a number of work places. We also offered work shops on the subject and was coaching small companies as well as big projects on a muncipality level. A huge part was creating ideas and applying for funding as well.
