Work in collaboration with Administrative Director, Chair of Intern Selection Committee and Program Director on recruitment. Recruitment responsibilities include managing Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS), planning and management of interview days, social events, budget management, and interview correspondence including invitations and regrets. Post recruitment responsibilities include data collection, analysis, and comparison to past seasons as well as onboarding of residents. Other administrative responsibilities include calendar management, monthly Clinical Competency Committee meetings, recording of meeting minutes, and other administrative tasks to ensure efficient daily operation.

Worked closely with the CAO, Director of Operations and the Director of Communications in the Anesthesia Department to complete daily tasks as well as long term projects. Daily tasks include data entry, collection and management, communications, website modifications and support executive leaders. Attended weekly and monthly meetings regarding recruitment and on-boarding, grand rounds, budgets, renovations, and strategic planning.
