This position is in tandem with being the Club's Member Services Coordinator; however, I dedicate a minimum of two days a week to these responsibilities while not on the reception desk. • responsible for building and editing various Club governance documents as well as confidential documents• manage editing and the editing processes for said documents• ensuring all documents follow Club’s brand standards and are consistent within themselves and as a whole• gather yearly committee information, including meeting dates and goals, as well as keep track of terms for 84 committee members• proofreading the Board of Directors and Committee minutes and uploading approved minutes to the Club’s website• taking notes and writing minutes for Strategic Planning Committee and the BOD• drafting and finalizing the governing documents for Willow Oaks’ new Staff Scholarship fund and set up the application process for staff as well as donation collection processes• currently working with the General Manager on a 10MM Long-Range Plan - assisting with member-facing presentations and collection of feedback - drafting, proofreading and printing over 2,000 ballots and other ephemera to be packed and mailed out to the membership; organized packing and mailing process - assisting General Manager with various other admin tasks including email correspondence with construction and design firms, responding to member feedback and questions, and ballot collection and counting

Central hub and receptionist at the Club, as well as assistant to the General Manager. I am the first person people see and interact with when they come into the Clubhouse. I provide a warm welcome and help direct them.Admin Responsibilities• making and answering phone calls; directing callers to appropriate department/manager• responding to email correspondence to both my personal email as well as the Club’s general email• creating and printing daily and weekly menus, labels and signage• handling all incoming and outgoing packages with UPS, FedExand Amazon• copy edit and proofread various administrative documents as well as communications going out to the membership• providing support for 11 Senior Managers and several mid-level managers across multiple departments• assist the General Manager and the BOD with governance documents; details outlined more specifically below as role continues to growCreative Responsibilities• designing several logos and brand system, including the Club’s Wine Society logo and system, a new dining outlet’s logo and system, as well as a logo for the annual Member Guest Golf Tournament; these systems utilizes fonts and colors from the Club’s brand standards while expanding upon it and making each new system feel unique• designing and printing specialty menus for high-end events (wine dinners, cooking classes, etc.) as well as the quarterly menu for the Club’s dining areas and the several other menus for Summer seasonal food and beverage offerings• design posters and assist with advertising for events• brainstorming and building centerpieces for various events ranging from floral pieces to small dioramas• painting and adding finishing touches to large-scale pieces used for signature events, as well as designing detailed ephemera to make the experience feel real for the children who participate (Halloween, Santa Brunches)

The magazine is sent out digitally as well as sent to a printer for physical copies.• coordinating content from seven departments and several members• designing layouts in InDesign, including text, member-submitted photos, stock photos, as well the occasional graph or infographic• using digital camera to take supplementary images• using Photoshop to adjust imagery as needed• utilizing Club brand manual to stay in line with Club standards• acting as both copy editor and proofreader; rewrite confusing content to ensure clarity of message• send proofs to department heads to finalize and incorporated changes• packaged files to send to website host to publish to Club website• write and distribute blast emails to the membership, including links to the magazine, updates about events, Club closures, etc
