HubSpot is a modern CRM platform that enables companies to transform the way they market, sell, and serve to match the way humans actually shop, buy, and consume.To connect with prospects and customers wherever they are, my group is responsible for Global Calling With HubSpot functionality, including third-party calling integrations experience.

Responsible for building Online Learning platform and various learning experiences for MATLAB and Simulink based products. Worked with various customers in Higher Ed and using open standard integrated our Online Learning solutions into multiple platforms like MOOCs, Publishers, and LMSs.

Provided support for Deployment, Test and Measurement products. Mentored new hires to get up to speed with the processes, support workflows and technical skills.Worked closely with Developers and Advanced Support Group to provide continuous feedback on the products and prioritizing the bugs and features for the customers. Contributor in rewriting Specialist Training material for technical support representatives.

Prototyping new ideas before making them mainstream through product.

Worked on customization of web-based employee and recruitment products for clients like Monster, CareerBuilder, AOL etc., and feature development for a web-based application that manages all aspects of employee compensation lifecycle.
