As the Organizing Committee Vice President and Security Coordinator for Battle League '22, an online gaming tournament organized by AIESEC at the University of Ruhuna, I gained valuable experience and skills that have helped me grow both personally and professionally.In this role, I was responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all participants and the integrity of the event. This included creating and implementing security protocols, coordinating with external security teams, and monitoring the event for any potential issues.I also worked closely with the rest of the organizing committee to plan and execute the tournament, which required strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. We were able to successfully navigate challenges such as technical difficulties and last-minute changes, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants.Overall, my time as the Organizing Committee Vice President and Security Coordinator for Battle League '22 taught me the importance of effective teamwork, adaptability, and attention to detail.
