As Learning Technology Manager I am responsible for creating and quality assuring all e-learning material for the Trust. I manage the LMS which involves adding and amending accounts, reporting completion of training, importing new content and quality assuring existing content. I work with subject matter experts to create new e-learning content in Articulate Storyline and communicate information regarding new e-learning content to staff. I am also responsible for creating compliance reports for mandatory training, completed both face to face and via e-learning, and disseminating these compliance reports to managers across the Trust and to the board via various monthly workforce reports.I advise the Head of Learning and Development on matters concerning e-learning, and suggest the most appropriate solution based on both Trust requirements and current trends and best practice.

My main responsibilities are:- Maintaining and monitoring information systems, ensuring easy storage and retrieval of documents- Implement policies and propose changes to these policies- Conducting regular audits of the training records and training quality processes- Conducting quality reviews of training process to ensure related policies are being followed- Communicating with staff at all levels of the organisation wih regards to mandatory training. This includes dealing with a variety of enquiries and resolving difficulties faced by staff in complying with the policy- Problem solving disputed training data- Assisting in the formulation of action plans in response to mandatory training and Induction compliance data- Supervising data inputting staff, setting targets and auditing their work for accuracy- Event management of patient experience training and public lectures

Main Responsibilities:- Working closely with trainers, facilitators and others in providing full administration support and co-ordination for all aspects of training delivery and evaluation of various courses and inductions - Setting up course provision and booking course places using OLM (Oracle Learning Management system) - General duties to include reception cover, customer care, dealing with telephone queries and operating the computerised room and equipment booking system- Setting up and tidying of rooms, equipment and materials for courses / meetings as required- Working closely and having regular one to ones with trainers, tutors and facilitators to keep them up to date. - Maintaining and producing learning packs- ensuring that packs are available for each course intake to include teaching timetable, departmental information and relevant assessment forms- Liaising, communicating and maintaining effective working relationships with all training providers and users, internal and external- Acting as the first point of contact for all staff with general enquiries regarding course booking; dealing with any problems and difficulties in relation to course bookings- Monitoring the attendance of courses, following up those who fail to attend- Developing and maintaining procedures that ensure an efficient and effective service delivery for all tasks undertaken

Main responsbilities:- Allocating mystery shopping visits across the UK- Ensuring mystery shopping visits are allocated to ensure the results meet the criteria set by the client
