I grew up in Ventura and have always been involved in the creative arts. My love of a challenge, combined with my desire to “do it all”, has led me to diversify my artistic mediums; including painting, needlework, pottery, stained glass and lampwork beads just to name a few. I have also been extensively involved in the use of gourds as an art medium. My latest endeavor focuses on the use of beads to create texture and motion in sculpted jewelry. Using Japanese and Czech seed beads, Austrian crystals, gem stones, freshwater pearls and lampwork beads, I create one-of-a-kind wearable art.
