As the Community Engagement Manager I actively engage existing customers, potential customers, partners and other organisations and communities with NetSupport. I focus on improving our customer experiences by providing value beyond our products and helping to build NetSupport as a trusted brand that supports the communities it serves.

I have hosted a few NetSupport podcasts and webinars. Currently, I am hosting our 'Insights with NetSupport (Corporate)' podcast and the 'Her Tech Life' podcast. I also conduct interviews for R.I.S.E. Magazine.

I am the editor of R.I.S.E. Magazine, which is an online free tri-annual education magazine. The first issue was published on 8th September.

I was responsible for ensuring all children in my care made progress through my teaching and behaviour management. I adapted my teaching to suit individual needs including for children with EAL and children with SEND. I observed and evaluated student performance which I then input for later analysis. This allowed me to make changes to my teaching and plan additional intervention for key children to meet targets based off this data. I supported my team by sharing planning, resources and knowledge. I was also the Religious Education Subject Coordinator; this additional role required me to provide planning and resources for teachers, monitor and support their teaching of RE, as well as monitor student engagement and understanding of RE.

I completed my teacher training while teaching. I was responsible for planning and delivering part of the lessons. I had to reflect on my own practice and adapt plans, provide new resources and challenges for pupils as needed. I used my own understanding of assessment to input and analyse data for students. I marked work and gave regular feedback to students on their progress and development. I worked in partnership with my mentor as well as the wider school team. I liaised with parents, providing them support and advice as needed.

This promotion added the responsibility to deliver pre-planned lessons to classes, mark work and give children next steps in their learning progress.

I taught a Year 1 class one afternoon a week-Music, PSHE, RE and Guided Reading. I was the Reading Recovery Lead which means it was my responsibility to lead reading and writing intervention groups and support other Teaching Assistants to lead these groups by scheduling meetings, collecting data in the children's reading levels and observing them to identify training needs. I planned and delivered phonics to a small group of children. I supported children in the classroom with their work including children with additional needs, EAL and children with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties. I measured the children's progress by gathering APP evidence, and helped them to develop their skills in a range of subjects, so that they could achieve their potential. In 2014-2015 I also covered teacher's PPA time by delivering planned lessons to a variety of classes and marking work.

I planned and implemented activities for my focus groups (ages 4-7). I helped children with their reading, marked work, created displays and whatever the teacher needed.I also worked with a child with severe autism and English as a second language, I have experience working with a variety of additional needs including autism and ADHD.

I worked with children from 3 months to 4 years old. I helped with their daily routine and activities.
