Through a series of expanding roles that went from Manufacturing to Technical Sales, Kat transformed from an engineer to someone able to translate customer needs into value generating innovation, products, and business growth.This ability to understand manufacturing, innovation, and customer &consumer value propositions culminated in a break-through role in leading a large-scale mergers and acquisition of Essity Brazil. She then went on to lead the Essity North American Consumer Innovation strategy as a Technical Innovation Manager and turned around the business resulting EBIT expansion, a brand relaunch with a new to category innovation positioning. Then was subsequently promoted to Product Management Director in North America to oversee both the Consumer and Healthcare businesses and transformed the Product Management organization through a redesign as part of the acquisition and integration of BSN Medical. After several years at Essity Kat Davis was hired at Solenis LLC in April 2021 to lead the North America Product Management & Marketing Team spanning both Industrial and Consumer Market Segments. Within 1 year made a significant impact in taking the organization from tactical to strategic and broadened responsibilities to leading Equipment Engineering. Kat drives growth through CAPEX investment strategies, Sustainable Innovation, as well as inorganic growth through key mergers and acquisitions.As a team leader, Kat is an influential and inspirational communicator, speaking the language of both the best analytic minds and the most creative strategist.
