After starting my career in customer service (retail), I continued to enhance my service skills by joining an inbound Contact Centre, specialising in tech support, and then in home loans. I became interested in training during my time as a Senior at iiNet, where I was tasked with refreshing the Sydney Faults team training content, and then rolling out training. After joining Aussie, I commenced as a customer service agent on the phones, and then became involved in helping to create training packs, and eventually taking on the role of trainer. In my time as a trainer at Aussie, I have been involved in the successful training of over 20 new groups of inductees, rolling out new system training, enhancing service and soft skills training, and creating digital e-learning modules.
