I planned company parties and managed the schedule to know when sales and engineering were going to be in or out of the office. I learned to quote, contract and order AT&T data business products. Some outsides sales done for renewal purposes or selling additional circuits on fanned out hi-cap circuits for larger customers. This was a wonderful company, ethical and forward thinking in the technology field.

Started in Customer Service department in May of 1996 in N. Olmsted. By January 1, 1997 I was promoted to Office Manager & began traveling with the company for recruiting, training and development. Those new markets were in Cincinnati, OH and Buffalo, NY and I was chosen to travel to train new staff based on my efficiency methods. In June of 1997 I was promoted to Office Manager for Cleveland Heights store. When I smoothed out operations there I was also promoted to handle the Mentor store. Sun TV & Appliance filed for bankruptcy in the fall of 1998. I stayed with this firm through liquidation. My time there was spend training, working with the Service and Shipping Departments. I worked very closely as the right hand of the Store Manager and earned accolades with the Corporate Management very early in my management career.
