Portfolio areas include water resiliency and building electrification. Council Policy & Legislative Advisor with the Mayor’s Office, working on City Council preparation and policy research on energy and environmental issues.

Voter outreach and volunteer recruitment and organization. Collaborated with partner organizations to recruit and train volunteers in order to capitalize on the relationships and volunteers within the respective organizations. I was tasked with organizing and managing our final GOTV efforts. And...WE WON! We were able to defeat Measure B and pass Measure C!!

The Climate Mobilization is a grassroots organization working towards leveraging people power against the stranglehold that fossil fuel companies have on our democratic process. The Pledge to Mobilize is our tool for fighting individual and collective denial, minimization, and passivity and helps people channel their concerns in effective engagement. It is a political platform that publicly acknowledges that climate change is a threat to civilization. If deployed widely enough, this tool will allow us to call forth and organize the emergency response that is required to restore a climate that is safe, stable and supportive of human civilization.

Respond to reported emergencies; direct a company of firefighters to the scene, assess, and report on conditions at the scene, develop an action plan, assume command of all firefighting, rescue andpublic service operations; supervise, plan, evaluate, train, motivate, direct, and participate in the workassignments and activities of firefighters; establish and maintain effective public relations and communications with customers and the communities served.

Respond to fire, emergency medical calls, and other emergency alarms and publicservice calls as a member of a fire suppression company; perform primary and secondary search procedures for fire and disaster victims. Remove and rescue trapped victims; Apply Advanced Life Support (ALS) onpatients at the scene of a medical emergency and perform appropriate medical treatment.
