As Graphic Production Artist, I created promotional materials for use in both administrative and public spaces throughout the airport. Designed and updated informational materials for airport structures and procedures. I also designed and oversaw production of promotional materials, and collaborated with marketing team to create advertising campaigns and collateral. I was in charge of pitching, drafting, and publishing blog posts and press releases, and I created written and visual content for social media.

As Marketing Coordinator, I was responsible for developing and editing promotional copy across print, web, email, and social media channels. I created, planned, scheduled, and monitored consistent content for social media; maintained brand voice-appropriate community responses via social channels; and maintained the social media content calendar. I regularly coordinated with the VP of Marketing to plan and execute financial product campaigns, launches, promotions, and events. Additionally, I managed charitable donation requests and responses, supervised the employee volunteer program, and maintained the promotional products inventory and the operating materials inventory.

As Social Media Coordinator, I planned, shot, wrote, edited, and monitored high-quality branded content over Facebook and Instagram, resulting in an increased organic following of 73% (more than 1,000 accounts) over 6 months. I also developed advertising copy and content, including print media, social media, email marketing, and an annual Gift Guide; researched holistic wellness products and services and developed informational signage and pamphlets to support customer knowledge; and assisted with retail operations as necessary, including register operation, customer service, cleaning, and restocking.

As a Residence Hall Director, I work closely with a team of Resident Assistants to oversee a building of approximately 60 residential college students. This oversight includes, but is not limited to: compiling weekly reports of the mental health, social status, and general well-being of each resident on my floor, as well as evaluating the reports compiled by my Resident Assistants; planning and hosting educational, social, artistic, and emotional programming on a bi-monthly basis; providing peer mentorship; learning and implementing crisis management techniques; resolving conflicts between residents; and acting as a resource referral. Day-to-day tasks include performing "Knock and Talk" check-ins, compiling incident reports, updating the residence hall notice board, completing assigned work hours at the front desk, e-mailing residents and the Graduate Resident I report directly to, and assisting residents with questions, complaints, and concerns. As a Hall Director, I implemented a hall-wide community-building program, "Secret Buddies" in which students are encouraged to commit Random Acts of Kindness for their randomly assigned Secret Buddies throughout the semester in order to support their peers and hallmates, as well as participate in passive suicide prevention. The program was originally intended for one-time use, but was brought back second semester in response to popular demand. In addition, this semester's decor theme for the building is "Raising Our Collective Social Consciousness" and the decor and passive programming on each floor represent an aspect of increased social consciousness, from practicing the use of inclusive language to encouraging community service acts.

As a Residence Assistant, I focused on using passive programming boards and personalized door tags to create both a sense of community and an improved sense of self-worth, curating bulletin boards and hosting events which focused on positive personal mantras and practicing self-care.

As Graphic Designer for the magazine, I designed promotional materials for the submission drive and letterhead for the organization during the organization's training and submission recieving months in the fall. In the spring, I will be designing the publication's layout and design elements based on submission-generated theme and editorial staff input, as well as creating promotional materials for the launch party and performing at the event.

I worked with the firm directors and 4 teams of Creative and Account Executives to review and revise copy according to the Chicago Manual of Style and each client brand's voice as indicated by their style guide for 8-10 client projects each semester.
