I was one of the founders of Talk The Talk, a non-profit public speaking initiative originated from Slush, with the goal of radically changing public speaking culture in Finland (talkthetalk.fi). I was our team's marketing & communications lead, also hosting and organizing workshops in Finland and Sweden.In November 2018, we held our flagship event, Talk The Talk Final at Musiikkitalo, with 1200 attendees and 10k live streamers. I was responsible of the whole marketing of the event, which led to a full house and exposure in Finnish media and radio. I was hosting the stage, moderated a panel discussion and helped in curating the stage program.

The world's leading startup event, Slush, connects startups & tech talent with top-tier investors, executives and media, with 20 000 attendees in Helsinki in December.My role for Slush was to manage the event information for our attendees, volunteers and team. I was also responsible of event information on our website, chatbot and other online channels. I worked closely with the Operations, Production and Marketing Teams.

My work included planning, creating, targeting and optimizing Facebook and other social media channel ad campaigns for customers up to 100k+ followers. Additionally, I did graphic/web design and content creation for our own channels.

Talk The Talk, then a side event of Slush, is an annual training program to find and coach new public speaking talents from Finland. Our coaches, including Krista Kosonen, Roope Salminen, Elastinen, Saara Aalto, Tuomas Enbuske and Riku Rantala, shared tips and tricks to the chosen talents during the training period.I was responsible of the two-month training program, including the application process, selecting talents, co-hosting trainings and producing the final event at Finnkino Tennispalatsi with 350 attendees and 6k live stream viewers. I also did marketing during the whole event & web design for our website.
