Senior Operations Specialist

Senior Operations Specialist - Daily work with customer- and partners globally to deliver updates and dispatch cases from incoming incidents. Basic troubleshooting to resolve issues. Lead weekly service review calls with Partner of their customers open tickets and handled other request/escalations. Handoffs from Professional Services of new Projects into Support. Assist to maintain and improve global Support Operations processes Lead and/or participate in projects across the organization. Plan, update and deliver schedules monthly for our Student Consulting Pool.
