• Development/creation of a new comprehensive Quality Framework for quality opportunities• Standardization of a Quality Framework between regions (NAR, LAR, AS, EMEA)• Ensure implementation of the new quality approach in platforms’ organizations• Driving global initiatives ensuring proper analysis in a proper timeline• Leading global initiatives implementation through system level approach to improve product quality• Partnering with Engineering, Production, GSS, MKTG and other functions to continuously improve Quality standards and performance for both existing products and NPI projects• Representing the GPO organization and driving Quality standards across Whirlpool Refrigeration Air & Water • Contribution to strategic planning, target settings, deployment initiatives and prioritization conversations

• Management of system integration both in develop and regional execution phases• Responsibility for design/cost/quality/time trade-offs and issues within the project/product plan guardrails• Ensurance of full system validation through model simulation at Technical Design Selection gate and validation of full system at Final Architecture Integration gate• Act as the technical project manager coordinating subsystem development activities and system integration, integrating cross functional team• Leading and managing: System DVP&R, Factory impact analysis, Complexity Analysis, Technical Configuration Maps

• Management of product and process continuous improvement by reducing defectiveness on field and increasing the customer satisfaction• Managing input from market and process engineers to improve organizational effectiveness and customer satisfaction,• Continuous improvement drive to cost of non-quality (CoNsQ) optimization and product quality assurance,• Management of product and process modifications• Management and control of quality in new products developments and in qualifications of new sourced products.• Field failure data analysis and responsibility of failure indicators• Quality improvement actions planning• Relations with Service and Marketing to solve users quality problems and to improve quality of both product and process
