•Managed, Trained, and Organized a 10 person Membership Specialist Team to implement Volunteer Support Systems, developmental activities, and education to involve adults in Girl Scouting across the entire state of Mississippi.•Responsible for on-going evaluation of staff members and adult volunteers; including interviews, re-assessment of skills, written documentation and placement communication. •Responsible for daily communication with Volunteer Intake Coordinator to ensure efficient and timely processing and communication with adult volunteers, including back-ground checks, interviews and data entry. •Coordinated post-entry interview (when applicable) for involvement interests and placement, as well as facilitate introductions and coordinate educational needs. •Responsible for recruitment, assessment and management of volunteer education facilitators. •Responsible for assessment and management of council-level, on-going adult volunteer recognition systems, procedures and events. •Represented and extended the mission of Girl Scouting in the community through presentations, collaborative efforts, and networking, as a means to increase volunteerism in Girl Scouts. •Responsible for working collaboratively with other members of the council staff and volunteers to promote the Girl Scout Leadership Experience.•Developed and implemented adult volunteer learning and resources in alignment with adult learning trends, methods, and styles using appropriate technologies. •Established and facilitated new learning design models. •Established unique area strategies for building collaborative relationships with community organizations, agencies and businesses to ensure support for Girl Scout volunteerism; and implement the plans. •Analyzed and interpreted data relevant to volunteerism and adult learning in order to make recommendations, implement strategy and provide input into the annual budget processes. •Managed adult volunteer committees.
