Experienced labautomation professional, with the ability to think outside the box to implement non-standard solutions.I've done a few things in life, but in business I've specialised in focusing on the customized or 'non-standard' side of the industry - to the extent that I built up a highly successful department in one of the leading lab automation suppliers to do just that.I've now set up an independent consulting agency working with two types of clients - I work with lab professionals to help them identify what stages of their work process can benefit from automation, and what level/type of automation. I also work with automation providers who would like to expand their custom solutions offerings, and advising on best practices, regulatory and quality requirements, and how to integrate the custom side with the sales and service teams.
