Kathryn A. (Katie) Coleman, a partner in Hughes Hubbard & Reed’s New York office, co-chairs the Corporate Reorganization & Bankruptcy practice and sits on the firm's Executive Committee. Katie has handled a wide range of chapter 11 representations and other high-stakes insolvency-related matters in her more than 30 years in practice, including dealing with “bet-the-company” litigation claims including trade secret and RICO cases, nationwide DOJ investigations, chapter 11 restructurings for US and non-US companies, cross-border insolvency matters, out-of-court restructurings, acquisitions and investments.
