UX research, design, & strategy. Led UXD and UXR for the hospital’s website and mobile app, redesigning large sections of the website. Primary UXD at the onset of COVID-19. Duties included: - Wireframing (Sketch & Adobe XD)- Rapid Iterative Testing & Evaluation- Usability Testing- Information Architecture (redesigned website search system)- User Journey Mapping- Empathy Mapping

I conducted human factors research to improve surgical patient outcomes, with a focus on flow disruptions in robotic surgery. This lab studied relationships between task, team, technology, and environment to create a patient- and practitioner-centered healthcare system that delivers high-quality, safe care at affordable cost. I also traveled to the Medical University of South Carolina to study human factors and surgical safety with our research partners.

• Conducted research focused on Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and employment outcomes• Presented poster titled "Exploring the Crossroads Between Employment-Related Dysfunction and Borderline Symptomology in a DBT Outpatient Sample" at The Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies and International Society for the Improvement and Teaching of Dialectical Behavior Therapy conferences in October 2019• Collaborated with data management, clinicians and outcomes researchers• Prepared various aspects of original research proposals including literature review, research design, and data analysis• Assisted with development of online measures across survey platforms including Survey Monkey, Google Forms, and Qualtrics
