My passion is to encourage children, adolescents and adult children of alcoholics to explore their trauma so they can understand the consequences and the current condition of their heart, pain and self-image in order to heal and develop techniques for moving forward to create and maintain healthy relationships with friends, family, their children, significant others and themselves. I would like to obtain a position that will give me the opportunity to utilize my passion, empathy, communication skills, education and creativity to help those struggling with addiction in the family. My work experience is in Instructional Design where I worked to design and develop e-Learning and Blended Learning Curriculum for corporate training including HR, Safety, Compliance and role-specific training. In additional to creating training materials I also facilitated classrooms and worked as a learning management system administrator and data analyst.
