•Develop, implement, and execute effective training strategies and methodologies to impact sales key performance indicators and behavioral competencies in the field•Coach and develop Operational Training Store Managers and Sales Training Store Managers•Align and collaborate with Director of Sales and Executive Leadership to determine training and development needs •Manage performance improvement initiatives, including design, delivery and tracking of training programs•Foster collaborative working relationships with newly-hired employees and store leadership in order to promote learning and development that aligns with business strategy•Ensure development and administration of training by following a systematic instructional design methodology•Conduct needs analysis to assess and address organizational attrition needs

Plan, design, develop and oversee the implementation of training programs delivered by a national training team. Partner with leadership in strategic planning process to ensure training team’s focus and goals support needs of the business. Conduct needs analyses to determine specific training and development needs of various audiences – leadership development and front line sales. Provide leadership and direction to existing training staff. Establish and maintain training effectiveness metrics and benchmarks; coach training staff who are underperforming and recognize training staff who are meeting and/or exceeding expectations
