Chaplains provide assistance to, and work together with, individuals in need of guidance while in the midst of a difficult point in their life (a.k.a. crisis). Chaplains assist individuals as they deal with the pressures and responsibilities of life, in general, as well as in their profession. Chaplains are also critical in assisting thse who have become victims to crime and/or tragedy.  Chaplains are trained to strictly observe and guide, although providing Biblical and/or spiritual counseling .

Provided differentiated insurance and financial solutions to individuals and businesses for a multitude of needs, including retirement, funds accumulation, rollovers, employee benefits and small business solidarity. Self-managed and maintained. Introduced new clients to company programs and facilitated entry to the company. 1. Managed departmental accounts files daily, filing and reviewing purchase orders and status statements. Informed accountholders of monthly funds and assisted business manager with any balance inquiries.2. Averaged and recorded monthly long distance call costs and departmental copier expenditures for an end-of-year cost management project, reporting directly to department head.3. Performed secretarial and clerical duties on request, including answering incoming calls, greeting and directing new visitors to the department, assisting students as needed, dictation, typing and organizing current or backdated files.

Acted as departmental secretary for two suites of tenured professors and performed clerical work as such, including but not limited to data entry, copy work, filing and scheduling; in addition to greeting new visitors and students. Worked in conjunction with senior secretaries for large projects involving extensive data entry, word processing and research.2. Directed and assisted new and veteran students during orientation and the early weeks of a new semester in relation to class scheduling. Advised students on their semester classes, created their schedule with the assistance of professors and updated those schedules as needed throughout the Drop/Add period.3. Managed the day-to-day duties of the Office Manager when employed Office Manager took extended medical leave, including daily scheduling, data entry and word processing for the head of department; answering and redirecting emails; setting up video and teleconferences and long distance learning classes; and worked with other departments on various projects.
