As an integral part of the Business Transition Team my responsibilities included the roll out of our existing franchisees and the continual onboarding of new franchisees into a our new system based CMS - Carelink. As a continuously evolving project my role is wide and varied encompassing all aspects of system configuration, project roll outs, system support, training and maintenance. I liaise regularly with our franchise partners to ensure the system meets their requirements and provide training and assistance where needed.

Working in a 38 apartment independent living community, I provided all levels of support to the residents as well as a high level of administrative and office support for the team. I had the pleasure of co-ordinating resident functions, excursions and incursions as well as daily activities within the Hedley Sutton community. I provided a high level of person centered care and worked at constantly building relationships with the residents and their families as well as being an on call emergency responder as required.

Healthcare Australia provides temporary and permanent staffing services to Health and Community Care clients. I managed and worked with a team of dedicated staff who support offices throughout Australia in the provision of qualified staff to our clients within the Health and Community Care sector in order to meet emergency roster requirements.

Providing support and service to all members and potential members of the organisation. This included membership enquiries, processing of membership fees, reporting, data entry and event support. Also included in the role was the opportunity to work with the fundraising team in assisting with appeals and major gifts.

To provide support and growth to the existing and potential membership base of the organisation, as well as supporting the Vic Exec Officer in any administrative tasks and event planning and management required.
