I have a wide variety of experience from property management, project management, compliance management to PA skills. I have been responsible for estates project management from small capital schemes to multi-million pound projects. I assisted in developing schemes from initial strategy, development and approval of business cases through to the creation of robust project structures. I am able to manage multi-disciplinary, multi-agency teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget. I believe in the need for positive and brave decisions in order to develop and deliver quality services.

As Group Property Manager I was responsible for all of the company's sites across the country, this ranged from sourcing suitable business premises, lease negotiations and completion, managing all aspects of the move from IT & electrical installation, procurement of office furniture and training equipment, to managing the packing, moving and installation. This would also include any decorating, office layout and dilapidations and hand back of the old premises.Extensive report and proposal writing for the Board of Directors approval, which would include proposals on office merging in order to save costs, budget management etc
