Delivery of on site training in schools to support their deployment of the computer-aided literacy product Accelerated Reader

This role involves a great deal of customer relationship management; product awareness and development; training provision; learner support; R&D; extensive data management & analysis. My department is identified as a centre of excellence within our organisation and my contribution is critically instrumental to that outcome

Provision of business support services to SMEs and private clients. Includes anything my skill set allows I.e. graphic design services for web or print; information/knowledge management & research; proof reading; sale & purchase ledger entry.

Customer facing role that requires H&S compliance; pre-empting of customer needs; appropriate service delivery; liaison skills; dealing with complaints & requests; product & brand awareness; understanding of business priorities & appropriate support of colleagues; supporting induction & ongoing training of staff.

A Design role combined with studio workflow management. All media from print to video (self-taught HTML as the commercial web was born). We created B2B training events for corporate clients; high profile, time critical and extremely demanding. Later developed into project management role pitching directly to clients and liaising re project delivery with all suppliers.
