As family law attorney I represent clients in both contested and uncontested divorces, custody and visitation disputes, determinations of child and spousal support as well as estate planning and estate administration matters. I litigate in both the juvenile and domestic relations district courts as well as the circuit courts in most northern Virginia jurisdictions. And I am qualified as a guardian ad litem for incapacitated adults for the Commonwealth of Virginia, and available for appointment in Fairfax, Prince William, Loudoun and Fauquier Counties.After spending several years as an associate at a Trusts and Estates practice in Fairfax, Virginia, I transitioned to a career in health care law. During those 15 years, I advocated for hospital systems across the country in their administrative appeals processes. During that time I also went through my own personal contested divorce and so I am deeply empathetic to what my family law clients are facing. I am thrilled to be practicing family law, estate planning, estate administration and elder law throughout the region.
