Providing a broad spectrum of administrative and support services for the division of Bridge Programs at Tri-County Technical College with a focus on Bridge to Clemson. Responsibilities include, providing a variety of educational and personal assistance to prospective and current students; especially related to enrollment process and program academic requirements. Administrative, clerical, and front-line customer service activities of the Bridge Programs Office. Assisting students with academic requirements and processes, and communicating Program and College deadlines/requirements.

Managed national and international sales representatives and brand distributors. Performed accounting of product inventory, placed purchase orders through the manufacturer, and ran weekly business reports through QuickBooks® Online. Maintained daily communications with local, national, and international accounts. Monitored and forecasted web ecommerce and Amazon® sales. Scheduled community events for the company, organized sponsorships, and planned product giveaways. Coordinated travel for tradeshows by booking hotels, flights and rental cars, researched venues, and making trip itineraries. As well as perform various duties listed below in my previous two years with the company.

Organized marketing campaigns for national and international clients. Created and designed brochures, magazine advertisements, Microsoft® PowerPoint presentations, and new and private label product packaging. Oversaw multiple social media platforms and digital advertising for various divisions of the company. Upgraded the company website by installing a new ecommerce system and updating product pages.

Serviced existing accounts, obtained orders, processed invoices and sales receipts, and performed deliveries or shipments. Resolved customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions. Answered existing customer and new client inquiries by relaying product information and pricing details. Attended tradeshows to present products to various audiences.
