Personal Assistant To General Managers - Investment Development, Group Finance
Current- Provide extensive diary management support to General Managers, including the sourcing and collating of relevant materials for all meetings.
- Effectively develop and manage relationships with managers and the Assistants to senior executives across the Group and external contacts.
- Coordinate all team events and functions including but not limited to – budget management, sourcing event location, catering, materials & resources, site set-up.
- Assist with expense management for General Manager and Executive Managers by processing expense claims using Bank systems and within Bank guidelines.
- Coordinate all purchasing for team resources including but not limited to – stationery, IT&T hardware & software.
- Maintain the Asset Register for team resources (including contractors).
