Personal Assistant To General Managers - Investment Development, Group Finance
Current• Provide extensive diary management support to General Managers, including the sourcing and collating of relevant materials for all meetings.• Effectively develop and manage relationships with managers and the Assistants to senior executives across the Group and external contacts.• Coordinate all team events and functions including but not limited to – budget management, sourcing event location, catering, materials & resources, site set-up.• Assist with expense management for General Manager and Executive Managers by processing expense claims using Bank systems and within Bank guidelines.• Coordinate all purchasing for team resources including but not limited to – stationery, IT&T hardware & software.• Maintain the Asset Register for team resources (including contractors).• Diary management and prioritization• Assisting with the management of the sales pipeline via Excel and in-house systems• Organisation of client meetings.• Accurate and timely processing of expenses.• Provision of ad hoc administrative services to include document/presentation preparation in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.• Relief for EA's
