Then using each category to understand how we can improve, how to assess priorities, and how to analyze our output against our goals. Created a Success team from the ground up as our catalog of SaaS products grew and further services were required to help our merchants. Built out the structure of our new department, differentiating and communicating the nuance between Support, Marketing, and Success. Then grew the team to offer pre-sale, webinars, onboarding, and retention services!
