As a Human Resources Training Coordinator, I am immersed in training and development, new hire orientation, analytical reporting, and technical documentation. Key assignments are but not limited to:- Leads the new-hire orientation schedule and coordinates training plans for each new hire with Human Resources and supervisors.- Creates and maintains a “Train-the-Trainer” program that qualifies internal employees, by department, to train others to perform jobs safely that meets customer expectations.- Designs and develops training programs needed for skilled tasks and jobs.- Identifies key metrics for learning effectiveness and monitors results to continually improve course offerings.- Maintains all training records in the Q-Pulse database for updates, recertification, etc.- Assists the EHS department with training documentation, safety documentation, and equipment documentation necessary to meet OSHA, ANSI and MESH requirements.
