- Developed and maintained application in trade risk management platform Murex.- Revamped 100+ trading and credit risk data tables from source system Murex to ODS system of Treasury team by IBM Datastage- Worked closely with business users to ensure solutions delivered meet business requirements.- Worked closely with business users and IT teams to ensure solutions delivered meet business requirements. - Renovated 50+ customer, general banking transaction, credit card, ebanking, mobile banking data tables and 20+ store procedures in a new server from original data warehouse.-Collaborated with a vendor to integrate 30+ operation and finance reports from BO report to Tableau. Studied original reports to provide data mapping and redesign tabular tables.-Regularly worked with operation, loans and credit card business users to extract a list of potential customer by SQL in data warehouse, depends on business criteria e.g. customer status, mortgage and loan records, spending behaviour and merchant promotion.

-Newly developed an Enterprise Data Warehouse by Informatica and Microsoft SQL Server for marketing team of shopping malls, hotels and restaurants in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Chengdu and Beijing. Collected data from CRM system Saleforce, shopping mall Apps and customer survey in marketing campaign-Reviewed the criteria to form a single-customer view from retail malls, hotels and restaurants data by Informatica Data Quality.-Designed customer spending behaviour reports by Power BI to marketing team and C-level officers.-Ensured how data gathered, stored, processed, and disposed of under data governance. Developed the workflow and program for updating customer subscription status.

-Revamped 100+ data customer, credit card, ebanking, mobile banking data tables in ODS system by Oracle SQL loader.-Participated in data clearing and data migration of customer address for Core Banking Integration. Split a full address to fit into separate fields in new core banking system, Finacle. -Managed 5 temporary staff for verifying the address after data cleansing and perform manual adjustment.

-Intergraded customer, cargo, flight and lounge systems into Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW). Aligned field name and table name to avoid data duplication within EDW.-Newly designed BI reports to indicate the usage of lounge and loyalty program for customer to support decision making for business users.

Retrieved the data from ODS system and developed ETL programs according to user’s requirements using IBM Datastage and Sybase.-Participated in end-to-end process from impact analysis, solution, data model design, development and testing. -Monitored and assigned tasks to 1 Analyst Programmer and 2 Programmers.
