Meeting clients for briefings and to present proposals for approval. Brief agency colleagues, and work with them to plan and implement the best design solutions for the client. Ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Overall a very varied role of management, within the studio and from a client point of view. Worked with a diverse range of organisations in the financial, legal, sport and events, retail and the public sector. Involved in helping to manage the team to produce presentations and pitches for business development in a number of different areas.Fed through communications; from client to studio, from design and copy amends, to supplying material for the project, everything managed in an organised process. Taking the job from brief through to print to see it progress from start to finish! Managed workflow from the studio side and the client side, often to tight deadlines. Exclusively worked with one of the world’s leading and most innovative electronics companies and iconic brands. Managed the rollout and maintenance of the client’s shop-in-shop program worldwide, which aimed to recreate the client’s own shop experience within other branded retail stores. In addition, managed the production of product launch campaigns across all stores; managing the artwork, print and installation of large-scale outdoor banners worldwide.
