Directs the association’s membership, research, and information systems programs, including planning, budgeting, user assistance and customer service, needs assessment, and purchasing. (On a side note, I know enough PHP, CSS, JavaScript, and graphic design to be slightly dangerous.)* I have successfully shepherded multiple in-house and cloud-based association management system (AMS) and website migrations, by identifying requirements; creating RFPs and evaluating proposals; cleaning, migrating, and testing data; and training staff and members on new systems.* I manage multiple API integrations between MLA association management systems and contracted service providers (event registration, meeting content, and learning management systems).I champion website usability, responsive design, and content taxonomies to lead users to precise on-demand content.
