Hello there! I'm Kate Crockett, a passionate serial entrepreneur and owner of multiple thriving businesses. As the driving force behind Your Market Growth Consultant (YMGC), I specialize in revolutionizing the social marketing and business development strategies for clients in the Real Estate, Healthcare, and Cybersecurity sectors.At W.A.K.K., LLC (Wendy, Alena, Kristina, and Kate), my partners and I found an incredible opportunity in restoring homes post-natural disasters, transforming devastation into beautiful living spaces. In addition, I've ventured into property management through JAWK, LLC, overseeing both short-term and long-term rentals. My journey in the real estate industry has not only honed my professional expertise but also fueled my passion for restoring and developing properties. I take pride in being a landlord of multiple properties, contributing positively to the local housing market.Recognizing a gap in the market, my daughter and I founded Sun Kiss Cleaning, a company dedicated to providing top-notch cleaning services, particularly catering to new construction and move-outs.Beyond the boardroom, I am deeply involved in the community. Serving as the Co-Chair of the Crooms Business Advisory Council and the Chair of the fundraising committee, I believe in giving back and have dedicated years to fundraising efforts for their flagship event, TechFest. Member of the Seminole County Chamber – Business Advisory Council and have held both Co-Chair and Chair positions. I am part of The Foundation for Seminole County Public Schools, and we award grants to teachers to fund STEM, ELA, and Arts projects through the Grants for Great Ideas program. The Foundation also provides scholarships to deserving graduating seniors who plan to attend universities, state colleges, technical colleges, or vocational programs. I actively participate in various other charitable organizations, including Safehouse of Seminole County, For Their Fight, and The Sharing Center. On a personal note, I'm a proud mother to Wyatt and Adelle, who bring immense joy to my life. Outside of my entrepreneurial pursuits, I relish moments at the beach and exploring new culinary delights, a passion inspired by my roots in sunny San Diego, CA.
