I love what I do. It keeps me on my toes as I never have two days that are the same. Working in innovation in higher education means life-long learning, always being ready to take on a new challenge, and (in a way) never growing up. Specializing in healthcare simulation has allowed me to combine my engineering and nursing background (it´s hard to find me without my screwdriver in my scrub pockets) and work closely with an interdisciplinary team of innovators.
