Led a Sales Productivity and Enablement team responsible for role-based onboarding, GTM global product launches, sales productivity training and leadership development for 600+ sellers in North America. Managed a sales training curriculum that includes a 2 year roadmap that takes sellers from SDR to tenured sales professional, focusing on their transition to account management.Developed and provided oversight for Oracle NetSuite’s sales leadership training program, including 250 managers in North America. Programming included onboarding for new managers, a coaching certification and best practice sessions throughout the year for tenured managers. The leadership training included role specific incubator programs to help employees up the career ladder and a VP development program to provide support for second line leaders.
