Support grant-making processes for a portfolio of national initiatives and local markets, to assure customer-friendly operations, costs-efficiency, and collection of key data. Assist in the development and administration of competitive Requests for Proposals. Synthesize information from various sources to write clear and concise workplan narratives for grant recipients.Conduct process for grantee disbursement, including managing documents required for disbursement, responding to grantee inquiries, overseeing disbursement flow and collaborating with internal departments and staff to assure disbursement processing.Provide ongoing support to grantees and program managers during the periods of performance of grants. Conducts process for collecting required quarterly reports from grantees. Utilizing information from a variety of sources, compose narrative and data-based reports detailing discrete programmatic activities, while supporting organizational and / or funder objectives.Maintain databases to ensure timely and compliant expenditure of funding and availability of multiple data-points, provide on-demand reporting.
