Assist with overall planning, operations, management and communications of executive coaching solutions and initiatives including a community of practice. Partner cross functionally with global talent teams to strategically scale management of initiatives. Fully own the execution and day-to-day execution of executive coaching engagement initiatives including intakes, deployment of assessments, ensuring development plans and alignment meetings happen, tracking engagement, deploying evaluation surveys and reporting on results. Ensure that all initiatives from the practice are designed for an inclusive anduser centric approach.

Built the company Learning & Development department from the ground up, partnering with the SVPto drive the end-to-end design and delivery of all needed L&D solutions, tools, and curriculum. Launched the company's first-ever cohort program for high-potential women and emerging sales talent, providing these groups with critical new community-building and educational opportunities. Created, designed, and delivered a new manager program to increase the competency of first-time leaders—including creating specialized training modules aimed at advising front-line managers on legal landmines, psychological safety issues, inclusive leadership practices, and coaching/feedback methods

Designed, launched, and managed leadership development programs aimed at supporting the uniqueneeds of senior executives at the Director-level and above throughout the organization. Administered talent review and succession planning processes at the Executive/Managerial level to help the organization identify, develop, promote, and retain key future leaders across all business areas. Managed a 9-month accelerated high-potential development program aimed at increasing the confidence and capabilities of Director- and Sr. Director-level employees on the path to VP roles. Launched/managed an acclaimed Executive Coaching Program to provide 1:1 support to leaders throughout the organization, partnering with external vendors to ensure best-in-class delivery. Planned and executed one-day executive leadership conferences to provide targeted education in key skill areas—as well as improve organizational collaboration, morale, and knowledge-sharing.

Project-managed the development of a new strengths-based annual review process aimed atimproving the organization's' ability to identify, develop, and recognize/promote high-potential leaders. Chaired a new executive Talent Management Advisory Council responsible for championing the importance of talent development and developing new tools/initiatives to fuel employee career growth.

Managed the succession planning and talent review process for top leaders in organization, drivingongoing improvements to the performance evaluation process to aid with key promotional decisions. Led multiple high-impact HR technology initiatives including implementation of a new ATS to enhancehiring for over 150 retail stores, deployment of new talent review and succession technologies, and rollout of a new LMS application to improve headquarters L&D and knowledge-sharing capabilities. Designed/launch a new performance management strategy, creating a robust array of educationalcontent to assist leaders with goal setting and ongoing feedback.

Oversaw full-cycle talent management programs/strategies for the company and its 20K+ globalworkforce, driving key improvements to performance management, onboarding, and succession planning. Collaborated with Regional HR teams and HRBPs to assess workforce trends, opportunities, and future needs—collaborating on the creation and launch of appropriate global talent management and learning initiatives. Trained, coached, and mentored global HR staff on talent management strategies and best practices, supporting them in rolling out targeted programs aimed at addressing critical talent shortages/needs. Reported directly to the Vice President of Global Talent Management, providing right-hand support in analyzing HR metrics and implementing creative solutions to maintain a competitive talent posture.
