This post was offered to me a few months after i started working as a customer advisor at Kier. I covered maternity leave and this involved working along side our Business Assurance Director. It included many things such as managing team diaries, arranging and booking meetings nationwide, taking minutes, writing reports and preparing/writing presentations.
