Kate designs and writes content for TRN’s social media, newsletters, and candidate facing collateral including job descriptions and opportunity overviews. A strategic thinker with a passion for client services, she creates practical and effective solutions for distribution, promotion, and tracking of all aspects of searches including job postings, operation of ATS/CRM system, and creation of internal and external reports. A seasoned communications professional, Kate has a broad-spectrum business experience in administrative, operations and sales roles across education, travel, and retail sectors. Since 2017, Kate has been an Independent Travel Advisor with Love the Mouse Travel - a platinum-level Disney-authorized travel agency. In addition to providing concierge-level planning services that optimize client’s vacation experience for all Disney destinations, she has expanded her specialization to include Universal, Sandal and Beaches resorts and Disney, Norwegian Royal Caribbean, Viking and Virgin Voyages Cruise Lines. Kate is also an Ambassador and content contributor for Sara Harberson’s Application Nation private subscription advising groups, which navigates students and families through the college application process, a role she has had since 2019.Kate has a BS in Television, Radio, and Film Production from the SI Newhouse School of Communications at Syracuse University. After raising their two daughters in New England, Kate and her husband relocated to Greenville, SC to write the (almost) empty nest chapter of their life. An enthusiastic traveler she loves to explore new destinations, but the place she loves most of all to be is surrounded by family and friends on her favorite Cape Cod beach.
