I have learned a lot and gained a lot of experience throughout my military career, including a lot of technical knowledge when it comes to nondestructive inspection mainly on aircraft. I’ve had the opportunity to step out of the inspector role and gained knowledge on finances, training, customer service and planning. These experiences have taught me a lot about working with others and looking at problems and solutions from different perspectives. My time in the military has been rewarding and am ready for a new adventure. I am currently doing an internship with CPI and have learned so much in just a few weeks. Our team has been working on restoring historical concrete in the Marin Headlands on Battery Alexander and on Alcatraz Island, San Fransisco. I have also been studying and preparing to take the ACI exam in a few weeks. I am excited for the future and all the help these opportunities have given me!
